That is the recommendation of the chief fire officer and what we do on all the properties in our care. The electric circuits within communal areas are also subject to a fixed wiring check which is valid for five years.

Regular InspectionsRegular inspections and meetings with directors is what we love, monthly, quarterly or when ever we are required.

AccountingWe offer transparent accounting practices, all monies received go into a ring fenced account for your development. All expenditure / income detailed with a breakdown for each entry. All interested parties receive a copy of the accounts each year.
